   • Apply interviews, usability testing and analytics to define problems, prioritize features and iterate.

2. Product Designer

   • Led end-to-end, data-driven UX research for a two-sided recruitment platform (job seekers and employers).
   • Surfaced application saturation, low visibility and application fatigue, and turned them into problem statements that shaped the roadmap.

   • Validated with A/B tests, interviews and heatmaps; set up metrics like Time-to-Hire and CV-to-Interview ratio.
